Our Central Technology Center (CTC) is an enhanced 24/7 surveillance, dispatch, and communication center staffed by specially trained Operators who monitor camera feeds and respond to events in seconds. CTC Operators provide immediate notifications to clients, use lights and two-way speakers to de-escalate events and alert law enforcement as needed.
Event-Based Monitoring
With parameters customized by each client, any unwanted activity will alert our CTC Operators to events so they can respond, alerting the client and emergency services. Our CTC Operators review every event received and respond in a matter of seconds. We will work with you to build a notification hierarchy, ensuring our CTC Operators notify the proper individuals within a designated timeframe.
Remote Access Control
Based on an approved access list, CTC Operators grant entry and exit for employees, contractors and other individuals requesting access to locations. Using video surveillance cameras and two-way audio, our operators verify an individual’s purpose, identity and credentials before authorizing access to managed entry points. Our remote access control integrates with all major interior and exterior access control systems installed for gates, doors and barriers.
Live Video Monitoring
With live video monitoring, a location has a dedicated CTC Operator who actively watches the specific IP-based video surveillance feed and jumps into action as required. The operator is specifically trained on that location's protocols and procedures to prevent incidents and identify criminal activity while notifying on-location staff whenever they identify suspicious behavior and threats.
